They address key needs across apprenticeship programs by expanding access, improving flexibility, and enhancing international collaboration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"773\">However, as highlighted by CEDEFOP in its 2022 report, <em data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"588\">\u201cThe Future of VET Mobility in Europe \u2013 Challenges and Opportunities\u201d<\/em> (<a data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"648\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/en\/publications\/3094\">link<\/a>), most VET stakeholders lack experience with blended mobility and face significant implementation challenges. These include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"830\">\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"830\">Limited understanding of blended learning design<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"913\">\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"913\">Lack of resources for developing online content aligned with VET standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1015\">Difficulties ensuring quality and consistency across digital and physical learning components<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
