OTI Group<\/strong> is an accredited VET organization authorized to develop and deliver EQF Level 5 courses and is a member of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA). As a certified Professional Educational Development Centre by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) of Cyprus, OTI operates five accredited VET training centers. It maintains a large network of companies that host interns and apprentices, providing training, mentoring, and talent acquisition support. OTI is actively involved in various European and international initiatives, including memberships in the Anna Lindh Foundation, Diversity Charter Cyprus, Pact for Skills, CEDEFOP, ETF Skills Lab Network, and Harness Talent Platform.
