Associazione Formazione Professionale del Patronato San Vincenzo (AFP Patronato), founded in 1956, supports young people facing economic and social challenges by providing professional and technical training. With three accredited centers in Bergamo, Clusone, and Endine, it offers vocational education, lifelong learning, and career guidance for youth and adults. AFP emphasizes hands-on, workshop-based learning to foster motivation and socio-economic inclusion. It also runs an employment agency, apprenticeship programs, and projects in social inclusion, European mobility, and dropout prevention. With around 100 employees and 150 collaborators, AFP is a key player in vocational training and education innovation in the Lombardy region.
